Advertrader Ltd (“Advertrader”) will introduce brands / companies to the Media Agency (as named above). If these brands / companies decide to purchase advertising / media products or services from the Media Agency, then Advertrader will receive a commission of the total agency income. The commission amount is outlined below.

20% of the total agency income in the 1st year. 10% of the total agency income in the 2nd year.

The commission will be calculated monthly and paid within 30 days (or agreed date by both parties) of the end of each month in which the total purchase amount (spend) occurred. The Media Agency will provide a report on the total contract spend, total agency income and associated commissions due.
