Advertrader Ltd (“Advertrader”) will introduce brands / companies to the Media Seller (as named above). If these brands / companies decide to purchase advertising / media products or services from the Media Seller, then Advertrader will receive a commission on the total purchase amount (total spend). The commission amount is outlined below.

15% of the total purchase amount (total spend)

The commission will be calculated monthly and paid within 30 days (or agreed date by both parties) of the end of each month in which the total purchase amount (spend) occurred. The Media Seller will provide a report on the total purchase amount (spend) and associated commissions due.
